At about 12:30, I whipped out a bag of chips and some light salsa. I decided to experiment with the serving size, which was - gasp! - only NINE chips! There are 140 calories in only nine chips. That sorta surprised me. Though chips and salsa were only going to be a snack before a bigger lunch, I kept munching! :-O I had about four servings... so that's 560 calories. okay.... for an entire lunch.... Considering the hefty breakfast (calorie-wise) I had this morning, it's not looking tooooo good. I had the munchies AGAIN a few minutes ago (2pm), so I grabbed a clementine. Let's see how long I can go without snacking!
This is quite the learning experience. If I start really enjoying doing this, I'm going to set up a whole new blog devoted to this and also add taking photos of my food. It is really helping me be accountable for what I eat instead of just chowing down...and I only just started today!
